With rookie contracts mostly slotted this is a good sign that everyone is locked up. This is the 3rd fastest that all rookies have been signed in the past 10 drafts; May 17th. One of those faster drafts was 2021 when they only had 3 picks to sign.
More than half the draft classes were fully signed in June and a couple completing in July.
