So, we know pretty well whats going to happen in the first 2 picks of the draft. The Cards at #3 are the first intrique.
They apparently still think Murray is the answer, and just gave him a new contract last year so..thats settled.
They can take Will Allen and get the top or at least safest defensive guy. OR they could trade down a bit , still get a defensive star and pick up some draft capital. Some people think the Seahawks mostions towards a QB or even moving up to get a QB are to encourage someone to trade into the Cards spot to take a QB , so that the Seahawks can get the top defensive player in the draft. (At #4, for those who havent been following, the Colts pick and they will be drafting a QB as well so the Minshew era will be short lived if it starts at all).
Who could move up to to the Cards spot? Perhaps Tennessee. Perhaps the Bucs. The Bucs would have a tougher time, they are moving up from 19. The Titans are at #11 and even if they give their first 3 picks its not enough value perhaps so they might have to give their 1st next year. Its easy to see , for me , the Titans grabbing Richardson at #3, or perhaps Hooker , both who would then have a year to sit behind Tannehill.
