Good riddance! Jody (yes, JODY!) Allen saves Seahawks football.

I am sure you are all familiar with me from .NET. I am Fade, longtime poster of hard truths and no-holds-barred straight talk. I've told it like it is for years and used to run the Ruminations series, a spin on Kearly's Random Thoughts but with more detail and less apologies made for incompetent coaching (unforgivable, I know! Far be it from me to criticize almighty Carroll! /s)

I'm one of the few straight talkers alive in this fanbase, along with some others like Staton who always get it right. I think that will be appreciated here.

I will maintain my presence at .NET but I am growing tired over just how pathetic the fans are there. I only post to get to the truth. Hard facts. The posters there continually mock me as if I am committing blasphemy and nothing is done about it by the mods (all closet Pete apologists and Geno fluffers, bahahaha! Pathetic), so I will introduce myself here with a recap of my thoughts on Jody (not Jodi any more!) Allen's MASTERFUL offseason in which she saved the Seahawks future single-handedly.

Lets go over the facts.
-Pete had an antiquated scheme and killed the defense by hiring patsies for years. KNJ? Hurtt? Let's get serious. Mike is an X-and-O guru on the cutting edge.

-Pete's "rah rah" crap could no longer inspire. Mike is reserved. A Harbaugh disciple. He does not take bullshit.

-Pete threw resources at a defense that amounted to nothing. What was his specialty again? Couldn't be defense. How about doing less with more? Mike does more with less.

-Mac will stay in his lane. Pete's meddling will die with him.

It's not an offensive head coach, but if you're going to get a defensive head coach, you get the best available and Mike was that. Either he stops Shanahan or he gets moved aside for a real offensive HC. There's no lose. The only loss would've been sticking with the definition of insanity and keeping Pete on to ruin yet another team and spend it all while doing so!

This hire was a slap in the face to Pete on his way out. Time to purge his stink and go forward without his culture, his Yes Men, his "guys" and his worst-in-the-league baffling trade decisions like Leonard Williams. Bahahaha, not to even mention blitz boy Jamal Adams!

John is finally king without Pete meddling. There will be no more of these conservative yet somehow disastrous contracts from Pete.

The future is bright again for the first time in years. Jody Allen has proven her greatness with this move. Jodi with an "i" to Jody with a "y". We are back!

You're wrong, about everything. Ever. But I'm glad you're here!
The truth will set you free. I will receive my flowers when you all see the new Seattle without Pete's meddling. Clearly ownership agrees with me and Rob Staton, because Pete couldn't resist proving us correct on all counts. I was on this for years and all the hate directed at me by weak minds and sunshine pumping Pete fluffers with their toxic positivity will age about as well as Carroll's dinosaur cover-3.

Regardless of your Pete love, I expect actual moderation here and I will surely boost readership. My threads are multi-pages because people want to see my truth-based and detailed analysis. I can see the way the wind is blowing at most corners, and you'll come crawling back when we're competitive against McVay and Shanahan without senile rah-rah Pete dragging us down and losing every challenge.

Ian Heathrow's doing the rounds, I see

Fade aka Ian Heathrow's butthurt that Rob Staton has been given a radio segment on KJR and is responding on Rob's blog and now here with an odd effort at trolling with sarcastic fawning.

Harsh!

Fade can be a little cocky, but I grew up with friends like that so that doesn’t bother me. I don’t agree with him 100% of the time but even when I don’t he usually makes a strong case for his side of the argument.

I’m glad he’s over here.

Fair, if it rocks your boat it's all good. I only browse here, don't contribute so he'll be of way more value to the board than me! I don't think it's harsh though in thus case. What he's been up to the last clouple of days i find weird and fairly pathetic, but that's just my perspective. I'll take your word for it that his posts can also provide insight and value.

I’m not trying to convince anyone how to think or post. If one likes something or someone great, or if they don’t that’s cool too.

Forums are for opinions. Pro and con.

What happened to you on dot net?

Welcome. Not sure I agree with everything but I think you dont mind people disagreeing, its just the manner of it.

I dont really post here, but was excited to see you here. So, lay it on us brother.

I hope you continue to post here, sir. Based on what I've gathered, you were lead astray by insecure individuals creating fictitious narratives.

XOXO

Hmm… Is this the fake post/imposter that got me banned on .NET I wonder?

I got banned shortly after this fake post was made. And it was really weird. As I made some posts shortly around this time about Free Agency, logged out, came back a couple weeks later and was banned. I mean, that's like getting fired on your day off. I am (was?) .NET exclusive. This is my first post being made that is not on .NET. Who knows where else this no-life weirdo has posted?

I have no specifics to why I was banned. I was not specifically cited anything, not allowed to plead my case. Just went to log on one day and couldn't. Baffling.

So I began snooping around other football forums here recently, looking to setup shop for the next football season. Noticed a lot of recognizable good guy names around here, and began perusing.

I am glad I stumbled upon this so now it makes sense why I was banned. This no-life weirdo is clearly a longtime hate reader of mine, copy and pasting some of my phraseology, but lacking the eloquence and smoothness I usually display, especially when making a new thread I would want people to read. I am 90% sure I know who it is, but I don't have a smoking gun to unequivocally prove it.

The imposter got one thing right though-- I do want my flowers. After getting crap slung at me for 4 years for merely pointing out Pete's issues, It would be nice to get some flowers thrown my way by these same folks for being on top of it the whole way. Unfazed.

It's been very interesting to see everyone telling the truth about Pete after he is gone, though. Fans--Media--Players--Former Players, etc. Now everyone is saying exactly what I've been saying for the last 4 years.

My preference is to go back to .NET, as people know that is the site where they can find me. If not, I have no problems trying to help this forum grow, and make this the new spot for football discussion.
