Kraken Playoffs

Hockey is by far the most stressful playoff sport. Long before the Kraken when the Canucks were in the finals they covered it on KJR. The broadcast was crazy intense and I’ve been hooked to playoff hockey since.
Now that I have a little skin in the game it’s a new level. Still nothing like Hawks or Mariners for me, but… getting up there.

Let's go Kraken. Bummed they gave up 4 goals to one guy but that's hockey. Seattle relies on having their top-3 lines be all near equal quality where they can get scores from any line.
That's the key difference that Seattle has over other teams; they are not top-heavy and don't need only one person to score. I hope McCann is healthy enough down the stretch because it would be great to get back out top-goal scorer.

They looked tired and slow last night.
When they are like that they fall into old bad habits.
Not clearing the puck, losing just about every faceoff, not shooting enough, especially on power plays…….
I expect a different result tomorrow.

Hoping the extra day of rest does the team well. The NHL playoffs are a marathon.

Hopefully McCann is healthy and can come back soon if not today.
The extra day pays off as the Kraken torch the Stars 7-2.
Crowd was super electric and cheering all night.
I thought Yanni deserved the 1st Star but hard to argue with Beniers over him; Soucy and Gru also deserved it.

No news if McCann will actually play but looking more and more that he'll be able to play this series.

Yep. Glad the NHL a playoffs are best of 7 games.
