The third qb can now come from ps

I missed this news in March. This rule change is an improvement. It negates having a crappy #3 QB on the active roster for emergency purposes. He would only need to be on the active roster if the team was going to activate 2 other players from the PS. I suspect the rule will be amended further in 2025 to '3 PS promotions per game, but only if 1 of the players is a QB'. The main reason to have a 3rd QB on the active roster now is if he'll be poached if he's on the PS.
